1. Answering customer service hotline, providing instant consulting service of related products and technologies.
2. Providing regular maintenance to customers’ host computers.
3. Customer host computer system installation, migration, and version upgrade.
4. Product functional testing, planning test plans and written reports.
5. Relevant customer service experience unnecessary. The company will provide complete on-the-job training courses, with senior staff leading online practices.

Graduate from information, secretarial, industrial management, or other related departments with a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with database or programming knowledge.
